I’m Liam Scott, and today I’m focused on a federal judge’s order that the Los Angeles police stop shooting journalists with less-lethal weapons during protests; and a thwarted bomb attack against a prominent journalist in Greece.

But first, on the personal front: I reported for Poynter on the experiences of LGBTQ+ journalists who cover LGBTQ+ issues under Trump.
